It took me a while to get my husband to actually enjoy chia pudding. He prefers chia seeds in smoothies but dislikes sticky gel like texture when soaked in milk.
He adores chocolate and wiped off 1 serving in less than 5 mins. The best part about chia pudding is that it is filling in small portions and instantly satisfies those dessert or pudding cravings.
You can serve chia pudding at dinner parties or gatherings. Your health conscious friends and family will thank you!
Ingredients
Chia Seeds - Soak chia seeds in milk for 30-45 minutes or until it forms a jelly like consistency. You can set this aside in the refrigerator overnight.
Adjust the consistency by adding extra milk.
Milk - You can use any milk. I have used organic milk. Coconut Milk and Almond milk for plant based, vegan options taste great.
Feel free to adjust the quantity as chia pudding consistency differs from person to person.
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder for the chocolate flavor.
Honey - To sweeten the dessert. Feel free to use maple syrup, brown sugar, stevia or agave. Adjust the quantity based on toppings, fruits or berries.
Passion Fruit - The combination of chocolate and passion fruit is quite similar to chocolate and oranges.. I love how the citrusy flavors cuts the sweet cocoa.

Toppings
Instead of passion fruit, Banana, Pears or Apple can added to the chia pudding.
I have topped chia pudding with Goji Berries. Feel free to use raisins, prunes, sultanas, black currants, dried cranberries or fresh berries.
Nuts like Pecans, hazelnuts, almond, cashew, pistachio make great toppings for chia pudding.
You can serve chocolate chia pudding with homemade granola.
