Notes
Ingredients and Substitutes - Milk - You can use any milk. I have used organic milk. Coconut Milk and Almond milk for plant based, vegan options taste great. Feel free to adjust the quantity as chia pudding consistency differs from person to person.Instead of honey, feel free to use maple syrup, brown sugar, stevia or agave. Adjust the quantity based on toppings, fruits or berries.Vanilla essence can be substituted with almond essence, in case you are using almond milk. Nuts and berries of all kinds can be used as topping instead of passion fruit. Storage - Chia Pudding (without the passion fruit) stays fresh for 1-2 days in refrigerator. It thickens with time so feel free to adjust consistency by adding milk.
