It took me quite sometime to change Narayan's perception about Quinoa. Years ago, on one of his business trips abroad, he tasted the most unappetizing meal of quinoa.
Today, he is a fan of these patties. We make it regularly at home and enjoy with a side of coriander chutney or tomato ketchup. We also love it with Cilantro Mint Yogurt Sauce.
These patties can be Air Fried, Baked or shallow fried. Either ways, this is a delightful way of including Quinoa in your diet. This recipe is guaranteed to please each and every member of your family, kids included.
