500 g Sweet Potato Approx 3 cups of cubed sweet potatoes 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika 1 teaspoon Salt
Wash and Peel the Sweet Potatoes. Cut them into small cubes and add to a bowl.
Pre-heat the Air Fryer for 5 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
To the bowl, add garlic powder, paprika, season with salt and oil. Toss well.
Once the air fryer is preheated, spray oil in the basket, add the sweet potato cubes.
Air Fry for 20 minutes. Shake the basket at regular intervals (after 10 minutes of cooking).
Once the sweet potatoes have roasted, remove them onto a serving plate or bowl.
I have added the entire quantity of cubed potatoes in one batch while air frying. They don't turn soggy and are perfect with a soft center.
All Air Fryer snacks are recommended to be consumed while they are hot / warm.
Leftovers can be re-heated either in a microwave or air fryer and served.
The Recipe is Gluten Free and Vegan.
This recipe serves 4 people as appetizers (if serving other things as well), would be sufficient and filling for 2 people as sides to main course.
