Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 500 gms Baby Potatoes
  • 1 ½ tbsp Za'atar Spice Mix
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 ½ tbsp Olive Oil

Garnish (Optional)

  • Coriander Leaves
  • Lime Wedge

Instructions

  • Pre-heat your airfryer at the highest temperature for 5 min (in this case 200 Degree Celsius). Also spray some oil in the air fryer basket or brush some oil.
  • Wash and cut the Baby Potatoes into half. Immerse them in water.
  • Once mixed herbs and oil is ready, drain the water from the potatoes, pat dry them with a towel and add to a bowl.
  • Add the herbs and oil, toss well and place them inside the air fryer basket. Note – I have air fried the entire batch of potatoes (500gms) in one batch.
  • Air Fry them for 20 minutes at 180 Degree Celsius. Open the basket after 10 minutes to toss the potatoes.
  • Once the potatoes are ready, remove them on to a bowl and serve with a lime wedge.

Notes

  • Storage and Leftovers – The leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator and re-heated in an air fryer for 5 minutes. Do spray some oil before air frying.
  • The cooking time will differ from the quality of potatoes used. Keep an eye after 10 - 15 minutes of air frying.
  • Air Fryer Snacks are best eaten piping hot.
